Sump pump covers for radon mitigation

Having just gone throught he process of trying to have my home mitiate, I became very discouaged with the process of working on or repairing pumps in a covered sump. Realalizing that the cover must stay in place, I need to get into the sump to replace the pump on occasion. Has there been any solutions to this?
